Carolina Paws for a Cause

Paws for a Cause is a group of undergraduate college students who are dedicated to improving the lives of animals in our community through volunteer efforts with local animal shelters and organizations. We volunteer at local shelters, assist at dog adoption events, and organize our own on-campus fundraisers and social events. Through these efforts, we also promote mental health on campus by providing therapeutic experiences for students to spend quality time with animals. Our most popular events include Pet Therapy for Finals, Puppy Kissing Booths, Puppy Socialization, and Pits in the Pit.
